Bob’s Hill via Catoctin National Recreation Trail in Cunningham Falls State Park is brief and surrounded by texture, which was the focus on my photography today. I had just taken a glass workshop on textures and 3D casting, so my eyes were tuned in to those details. Lots of fungus, moss, bark, large stones with crystalline streaks, and lichen. I was likin’ the lichen, as Dar aptly punned.
No funny faces were captured on this escapade. It was overcast, perhaps we weren’t feeling it.
